Since 1 August I am no longer alone in the workshop! Those who may have visited me on the food market will have already met him: Basti (an image follows with time;)). Basti here is the first pie, but still small (20cm high), but a very successful debut.
Since the 1st August I'm no longer on my own at the studio! Basti is the new one at Betty's and this cake is the first he did on his own. I'm pretty sure you will see more cakes from him in the next weeks / months.
